Press Play.... The Smiths - The Charming Man
GET TO KNOW.. JOSH
What is your first memory of appreciating music? God I use to listen to woeful music (Three Days Grace). Probably grade 9 when I came home and started listening to Aretha Franklin with mum. What are you currently obsessed with? Chocolate milkshakes so bad, I have one every morning there is a little cafe next to my house and I get one every day on the way to the train. Pesky Blinders, a TV series - it's really well written and on Netflix. I am also currently obsessed with The Smiths so badly at the moment. What is your favourite food (other than Chocolate milkshakes). Chicken. I eat a lot of chicken burgers, when I started at Taroona High School I had a chicken burger for lunch every day onward from grade 8 - mum would give me $10 for lunch every day and that would get me a chicken burger. Who or what inspires you? I think, people that are pursuing what they love is one of the main things I froff on and gets me motivated. Mum and dad would also be two of the biggest influences of my life, just caus they have been the long yards to get us where we are. But also my favourite lecturer, ever. His name is Chris - he has opened up his own business and does so well and lives his life the way he wants. Favourite live performance? Hiatus Kiyote at The Falls Festival, their set was incredible. I watched it at the side and I had tingles, it was amazing. How would you describe happiness? I think happiness is the ability to be able to live the life you want, and do what you want, and feel free. If I am unhappy, I like to just walk around or I lock myself in my room (two opposites) but either way there is music involved.
