1.

If you need to cancel your booking, you can cancel your reservation to receive booking credit towards a future session at any time. This credit can be used at any time in the future and doesn't expire. All reservations are non-refundable. Your cancelation credit will be emailed to you once The Moore Loft is notified of your cancellation.

2.

Your reservation begins promptly at the designated start time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Time includes set up and break-down. Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. No prior drop-off and/or pick-up after completion of shoot, of equipment, props, etc. unless negotiated at time of rental contract. Additional fees may apply. Early or extended hours must be worked out and paid for in advance before rental period begins. Please make sure to schedule enough time to account for any prep time, cleaning time, and any extra time for a client who may be running late. If your session runs over your rental period, you will automatically be charged an additional $10 per minute you're in the studio as a late fee. This fee will be charged to the credit card used at booking.

Only one photographer is allowed in the studio per shoot. Styled shoots and mini-sessions are welcome but pricing will be differ according to the details of your shoot. 

4.

You are required to leave the studio space exactly how you found it. Please clean up after every shoot. This includes the arrangement of the furniture, walls, windows, all furniture pieces, bathroom, vanity area, kitchen area, etc. Failing to do may result in an invoice containing a separate cleaning fee.

5.

ZERO TOLERANCE SMOKING POLICY. There is absolutely No smoking whatsoever in the building or within 50 feet of any entrance. Any smoking in the unit or on property will result in a $500 fine.  Candles must remain unlit and no fires are allowed.

6.

No pets allowed at any time unless with written permission from the studio manager. Any animals in the studio without prior permission from a studio manager will result in a $300 fine.

7.

Glitter, feathers, confetti, smoke bombs, flower, cake smash sessions, sand, or anything that will spread or be difficult to clean are not allowed unless you’re given written approval from the studio owners. Additional cleaning fees may be required upon approval. Any of these materials used in the studio without prior written consent will result in a $200 fine.

8.

No nails, pins, tacks, etc. on the walls or brick. If you need to adhere something, please contact the studio beforehand and use removable hooks or putty. If you damage the walls or space in any way, you are responsible for all repairs.

9.

Conduct: You are fully responsible for the behavior, conduct, and welfare of all clients and persons accompanying you during your rental period. The studio owner/manager reserves the right to cancel or terminate any scheduled session for any reason they deem necessary.

10.

You are welcome to move any of the furniture or props in the space, but please make sure you put everything back into the place it was when you arrived.

11.

To help stop the spread of Covid-19, you are required to wear a mask at all times while within the common areas of the building. Not wearing a mask may result in your reservation being terminated without a refund or credit. 

12.

Refreshments:  You are more than welcome to bring your own refreshments.  No alcoholic beverages or non-prescription or illegal drugs. No glass is allowed into the studio without prior consent from the owners. You are required to bring your own plastic cups and plates to provide to your client. 

13.

If you break or damage any items, furniture, equipment, etc., you will be charged for all repairs or replacement based on the item or furniture that was damaged. The renter agrees to pay for any repair costs of equipment or studio that he/she damages. In the event that the renter’s assistant/s or model/s damages any equipment, he/she agrees to pay for any repairs or replacements necessary. The renter agrees to leave the studio in the condition it was found, or an additional fee may be assessed.

14.

Noise. 60 DB NOISE LIMIT. Renter agrees to be respectful to other tenants by keeping the noise to a 60 DB limit.  Music/voices are to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics or words.

15.

Lost & Found: Items left after 7 days will be assumed abandoned and may be discarded or kept by the Company for Company use, with no compensation due the Photographer, at the discretion of the Company.

16.

Waiver of liability.  In consideration of the services provided by The Moore Loft, Renter hereby acknowledge and assume the risks associated with any participation in any rentals, photography sessions, photo shoots, or events help within The Studio, and release The Studio and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that I may incur as a result of renting or participating in renting The Studio and any other activities that includes..

Renter understands that photography shoots, sessions, or events may involve risks, including, but not limited to, the risk of physical injury, damage to personal property, damage to company property, and exposure to adverse weather conditions. Renter acknowledge that these risks may be inherent in the activities and cannot be eliminated without compromising the essential qualities of the activities.

Renter further acknowledge that the studio has the right to terminate participation in any activity at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to follow the Studio's rules or policies or the inability to participate due to physical or mental conditions.

Renter hereby waive any and all claims against the studio and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and agents for any injuries, damages, or losses that may incur as a result of participation in renting or other activities. This waiver of liability applies to all activities within The Studio, whether or not they are held by The Studio or on the Studio's premises.

Renter has read and understands the terms of this waiver of liability and agrees to be bound by them.

17.

Maximum Number of people. There is a maximum number of 7 people in the studio at any given time.
